Fresh assessment of the complete derive_reflection claim and all one implementation/three test entries. I independently verified exact byte equality of the current sage-reflect implementation/test source and service_spec test source with the supplied historical snapshots; their prior report is context, not the verdict. Current claim requires representation growth through Reflect, no producer hand-serialization of CST/types/signatures/Typed IR, ordinary fields/variants appearing automatically, and documented explicit semantic exceptions. The sole ordinary implementation association exports the derive; its captured whole file defines owned Record/Variant/Sequence/Scalar/Reference output, Reflect::reflected dispatch through default context and finish, and recursive String/Vec reflection. This is meaningful infrastructure but not a universal producer/derive audit.

Both ordinary tests have visible assertions and cfg(test) metadata. derive_preserves_fields derives Example with label and values and asserts both field names, actual String scalar value/type, and Vec type plus two items. derive_preserves_every_enum_payload_shape derives Choice and checks Unit name/empty fields, Tuple name/two fields, and Record name/value field. These catch missing fields and variant-shape losses in these examples; neither establishes every production representation, all nested scalar payloads, all compile forms, or the semantic-override exception. Example/Choice definitions and invoked runtime helpers are in the captured whole-file fragment. I have not treated the exported macro alone as proof of its entire expansion implementation.

The service_spec entry is explicitly TODO (its containing todo module is additionally captured). Its comment defers association and review of complete named/tuple/unit compile/shape evidence, real-product wrappers/nested type trees and continuation boundaries. I accept the existing historical interpretation: the remaining prerequisite is a complete production evidence audit, including producer use of reflection instead of hand serialization and documentation of semantic overrides, followed by associated assertions across those representations. This is unfinished assurance, not implemented universal coverage. The current partial shape tests do not discharge it, and unrelated runtime tests in the whole file are not substituted for its missing associated evidence. There are no N/A entries or TODO implementation entries. All claim aspects are thus accounted for as either concrete partial infrastructure/shape coverage or the retained explicit TODO; no changes to that accounting are requested.

Commands I executed were review start/read, source reads and a Python exact-byte comparison; no behavioral test execution or Rust edits. Coordinator separately reports 321 sage-meta functional tests and cargo build passed; that is not execution performed by this reviewer. All source dependencies used for this limited assessment are in the initial whole implementation/test fragments plus the captured service_spec module context.

The combined type observations, the complete rendered Sage diagnostic output, and an optional query log are separate `expect_test::Expect` values, created with the `expect_test::expect!` macro from the `expect-test` crate. `//# sym` observes explicit path expressions starting on the target line, including local variable uses and qualified paths. It reports the definition selected by completed checking, not the spelling of an import alias. Local item identities include their kind and a `crate::`-qualified name. Local bindings use their name and a one-based occurrence among same-named bindings in declaration order within the body; unrelated declarations do not renumber them. External definitions use the metadata definition path. No allocation IDs or source coordinates appear. An actual resolution error is `<unresolved>`; missing or unsupported semantic correspondence fails the observation. A target line containing no path expression fails rather than producing an empty result. Associated local item identities are not yet supported and fail explicitly. The ordinary claim/test review captures the entire macro invocation as part of that function’s source. Reviewers evaluate whether the visible scenario and assertions establish the associated claim. Every inline fixture is checked by both Sage and the rustc binary paired with Sage’s embedded compiler and standard-library sysroot. There is no implicit skip or opt-out. rustc checks the same materialized `src/lib.rs`, files, edition, and host target as an ordinary library, with no test configuration or enabled features. It emits metadata only; fixture code is never executed. rustc checking is separate from dependency metadata loading and Sage query capture. Source errors in either compiler do not prevent running the other compiler. A `ty` observation includes every source expression whose span starts on its target line in the same file. An expression may extend across subsequent lines; its start alone determines inclusion. Expressions starting on earlier or later lines are omitted, even if they contain or intersect the target line. Multiple sibling expressions starting on one line are all included. Each selected source expression appears once, with its logical filename, expression kind and readable source description, and completed type. The snapshot omits line numbers, columns, and ranges. Blocks follow the same start-line rule; a function-body block starting earlier is not included merely because it contains the target line. All type markers contribute to the same snapshot. Files are ordered by logical path, then marked target lines by source order. Within each target line, output follows source-tree postorder: children before parents, with siblings in source order. Repeated markers targeting the same line do not duplicate observations. Distinct source expressions remain distinct entries even if their rendered text is identical. Source nesting distinguishes expressions with equal spans. Generated elaboration nodes do not add duplicate observations, except that meaningful coercion wrappers are reported after their wrapped expression. Each wrapper belongs to the selected source expression and exposes its resulting type, preserving child-before-parent order through a chain of coercions. A target line with no expression starting on it, or lacking a reliable source-to-semantic correspondence, fails explicitly. V1 observes expressions; binding declarations and other semantic entities require future selectors. For example, an inline marker targets the code on its own line.
